Or maybe the fight to carve out spaces wide enough for all of your identities leaves you fearful that you'll never truly belong. Have you had to contort yourself or shrink yourself to fit other people's molds for you?

Together we will uncover what is happening in the mind, body, and spirit and you will learn tools to reclaim power and sovereignty in your life.

Below are the ways that I work with you as your Liberation Coach. In this work, we use multiple modalities to holistically and integratively, create new pathways toward radical pleasure and liberatory healing!

What is Your Path To Liberation?
Freedom Package
The Journey Begins
Are you ready to invest in your personal liberation? You deserve to be supported with integrative healing methods to help you move closer to personal freedom and liberation. With the Freedom package, we co-create a unique plan that can include yoga, breath work, meditation, energy work/Reiki, emotional support, psychedelic integration, and/or vegan health coaching. We will meet biweekly online or in person for 6 months. Coaching clients also receive discounts to ongoing group yoga classes or additional reiki sessions outside of those included in your package.

The rates for this package are as follows:
$225 per session
Ultimate Liberation Package
The Ultimate Liberation Package is for those who are ready to take a deep dive into their journey towards liberation. This coaching plan begins with a 90 minute in-depth exploration of all areas of functioning with an eye towards areas of disempowerment. This is followed by a 60 minute session to co-create a customized healing plan just for you. This plan can include Reiki, yoga, breath work, emotional wellness support, psychedelic integration, and/or vegan health coaching. We will meet weekly online or in person for 6 months. This package also includes unlimited between session contact by email or text. Unique to this package, there is also the option of having in person healing experiences. This is especially helpful for cooking meals together, hands on energy work, and practicing liberation skills in the world. Coaching clients also receive discounts to ongoing group yoga classes or additional reiki sessions outside of those included in your package.
